Comp-U-Floor continued Operations and Support - during Coronavirus crisis

Dear Comp-U-Floor Customer, The spread of the Coronavirus has raised concerns regarding the potential impact on our hosted platforms, support and services to our customers. Aya Associates, Inc. is taking the following steps to ensure full service continuity along with the necessary precautions to safeguard our employee’s well-being: Our workforce is prepared to work remotely if needed to support out client base, which in effect will provide full communications continuity with minimal disruption to our clients. Aya will continue to support our customers during normal and emergency extended support hours. Aya has established procedures in place to monitor and maintain the entire CompUFloor Cloud Network (Aya’ Maitland and Microsoft’s Azure Network), remotely. All CompUFloor Cloud software development and testing activities will also continue to progress using Microsoft’s global software development facilities that minimize AYA’s exposure to a single source. We will continue to monitor the situation in the coming weeks and communicate any disruptions due to the epidemic. If an immediate need arises, we encourage you to be proactive in reaching out to us at your earliest convenience. We are committed to keeping you informed and will provide updates if the situation changes. We would also appreciate having credit-card information on file from each one of our clients to avoid service interruptions due to missing payments in the event of postal delivery interruptions, or in the event we are unable to physically pick-up our mail on a daily basis.
